The short version

We collect what you give us through our forms, plus standard analytics about how the site gets used. We use it to reply to you and to make the site better. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketers, and we do not run advertising networks on this site. Ever.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or request a free audit, we receive what you type in: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and your message. Phone number is optional on every form. We use this information to respond to you, prepare the work you asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this site, and arrive in our email. We do not add you to a mailing list, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to anything.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Netlify, our hosting provider, also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, under its own privacy practices.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for one purpose: Google Analytics measurement. There are no advertising cookies, no social-media trackers, and no third-party marketing pixels here.

You can control or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works fine without them. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on.

Who we share information with

Nobody, with three practical exceptions: the service providers that make this site run (Netlify for hosting and form processing, Google for analytics, our email provider for correspondence), a lawful request from a government authority if we are ever required to comply with one, and a professional adviser such as an accountant or attorney where our own business requires it. None of these are marketing relationships.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal information. That is a permanent policy, not a current setting.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and email correspondence are kept as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping honest business records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. If you want your information removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

Email us at office@dynamic-promotion.com and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill out and no hoops. We honor every reasonable request, whether or not a specific law requires us to.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Client website visitors

This policy covers dynamic-promotion.com only. Websites we build and operate for clients have their own privacy practices, set by the businesses that own them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page changes, and the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly weaken anything; meaningful changes get a visible note here.
