Pricing questions, answered

What does a website cost with Dynamic Promotion?
A single-page Spark site is $850. A 5 to 7 page Current brochure site is $1,800. An 8 to 15 page Surge lead-generation site is $3,200. All builds are flat-fee with the scope written into your Statement of Work before anything is billed, plus the $20 per month Hosting plan that every build runs on.
How do payments work?
Builds are 50% deposit to start and 50% at launch, with nothing due in between. Retainers are invoiced monthly on NET 15 terms. If you prepay a retainer for 12 months, you get one month free. We accept ACH, credit card, or check, and ACH is preferred because it saves processing fees.
Why is Hosting separate from the build price, and why is it required?
The $20 per month covers the actual infrastructure your site runs on: Netlify hosting, an auto-renewing SSL certificate, uptime alerts, and an annual domain renewal reminder. It is roughly a pass-through of those costs. We keep it separate so the one-time build price stays an honest build price instead of hiding a hosting markup inside it.
Are there any costs you have not listed?
Your domain registration, typically $12 to $15 per year, stays at your own registrar under your own account. Beyond that, everything you pay is on this page or scoped in writing before you sign. Nothing gets billed that is not in your Statement of Work.
What if the price is more than I can manage right now?
Tell us where you are. Sometimes the honest answer is starting with a Spark single-page site and growing from there, and sometimes it is staging the work across a few months. What we will not do is let the number end the conversation before it starts.
Can I change or cancel a retainer?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and there is no penalty for moving between plans. Cancelling a retainer is free with 30 days notice.
