Dynamic Promotion is a web design and search optimization agency based in Denham Springs, Louisiana, operated by Steven Risher. Using this website means you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use the site.

Site content is information, not a contract

Everything on this site, including pricing, service descriptions, timelines, and guides, is published in good faith and kept current to the best of our ability. It describes what we offer; it does not by itself create an engagement. Every paid engagement is governed by a written Statement of Work signed by both parties, and where the two differ, the Statement of Work wins.

Published prices are honest starting points for the described scope. Your actual quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins or money changes hands.

Results disclaimer

We build websites designed to perform well in search engines and AI answer engines, and we publish the research behind our methods. That said: search rankings, AI citations, traffic, and lead volume depend on factors no honest agency controls, including competition, algorithm changes, your market, and your own business operations.

Statistics cited on this site (for example, citation-lift percentages from academic GEO research) come from the third-party studies they are attributed to. They describe research findings, not promises about your outcome. We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, traffic numbers, or revenue, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Dynamic Promotion. You are welcome to quote and link to our guides with attribution; please do not republish entire pages or pass our work off as yours.

For client engagements, ownership is spelled out in the Statement of Work and our published ownership policy: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your analytics, and your customer data are yours from day one. We operate the hosting and source code on your behalf during the engagement, and transfer options exist if you ever want to leave with the site files.

Your use of this site

Do not use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to breach its security, scrape it for spam purposes, or submit forms with someone else's identity. Automated access for indexing by search engines and AI assistants is welcome; abuse is not.

Our guides and sources link out to research papers, documentation, and tools we reference. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Promotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Warranties for paid work, including the post-launch build warranty, are defined in your Statement of Work, and those are commitments we stand behind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute over these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
