Frequently asked
What counts as a "bulk small content update"?
A bulk small content update is a single submission where you bundle 3–5 small changes — typical mix is copy tweaks on existing pages, photo swaps, hours/contact/pricing updates, new testimonials added, service description edits. Each bulk update is typically 30–90 minutes of DP work. The 2-per-month cap is on submissions, not on individual changes, so practically you can ship ~6–10 small changes per month. Adding a new page, restructuring the site, or building a new feature is project work billed separately. We track submissions and tell you when you're approaching the cap.
Do unused content updates roll over?
No — the 2-per-month allotment resets monthly. If you find yourself regularly needing more, tell us; that usually means you've outgrown Maintenance, and we'll scope an ongoing plan that actually fits how often your content changes.
What does the annual SEO audit cover?
A full review of your Search Console + GA4 data, schema validation, llms.txt freshness, broken-link check, page-speed audit, and competitive analysis against your top 3 local rivals. Delivered as a written report with prioritized recommendations — implementation of those recommendations happens through the retainer's monthly content updates or as standalone project work.
