I’m a third-generation builder. My grandfather and my dad both framed houses, and I grew up on jobsites long before I had any business being on one. I came up through the trades the hard way, doing carpentry, flooring, tile, drywall, framing, paint, and plumbing on everything from a bathroom tear-out to a full custom build. Eventually I moved into the office side of the business: writing estimates for general contractors, running roofing crews as a project manager, and handling insurance scope and supplements for adjusting firms.

The web work started because the businesses around me needed it and couldn’t find it anywhere good. Most of them couldn’t afford a real marketing team, and the agencies they could afford didn’t understand how a local business actually runs day to day. So I started building their websites and running their ads myself. The first ones were on Wix and Squarespace, since that’s what you reach for when you’re starting out. They worked fine until a client wanted their site to connect to the other software they used, and that’s where those closed platforms hit a wall.

That wall is a big part of why Dynamic Promotion exists. I build on a stack I control from top to bottom, so a website can talk to almost any tool a business already relies on, as long as there’s an API or a command line to hook into. It doesn’t matter much whether you run a roofing company, a law office, a dental practice, or a neighborhood restaurant. The job is the same: a fast site that shows up in search, reads clearly to AI, and fits the way you already work.

These days I also work as an AI integration developer, I’m a self-published author, and I run Contractor ToolStack, an independent site that reviews software for the trades. I write every Dynamic Promotion guide myself, and I take on each project personally. When you hire Dynamic Promotion, you’re working with me.
